Corrugated fin automatic welding machine is kind of professional welding machine used in transformer manufacturing industry. Use air cylinder to clamp the fins, then welding gun move from top to bottom through ball screw driven by DC speed motor and weld the fins properly. Adopt air cylinder feeding, the machine can work continuously. The whole electric circuit is controlled by PLC system the machine can run in fully automation mode.
